Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Healing Social Anxiety, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

By clicking the payment button (Register Now!), entering your credit card information, making a PayPal payment, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by your coach (“Dr Tasha Malcolm”), acting on behalf of Dr Tasha Malcolm LTD (“Company”), and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. TERMS.

(a)Upon execution of this Agreement, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, the Coach agrees to provide services in accordance with the Healing Social Anxiety Group Coaching Program.

(b)The scope of services rendered by the Coach pursuant to this contract shall be solely limited to those contained therein and/or provided for on the Coach’s website as part of the Program.

(c)Coach reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the Program for Client if reasonably required by the prevailing circumstances.

(d) The client agrees to be open, present and prepared to complete the work as a team together. The client is responsible for his/her own success and implementation of objectives met.

(e) The client is aware that the Coach is not a replacement for the client’s Doctor or Therapist.

(f)The Program includes the following:

Access to Healing Social Anxiety online course content,

Email support with me throughout the program,

A private Facebook group for you to support, connect, & share your wins with me and the other members of the group throughout the program,

The group program will include assignments at the end of each phase. Your coach and group members will support you by helping to hold you accountable for following through with the changes you want to make, and by celebrating your victories.

2. METHODOLOGY.

The client agrees to be open-minded to the Coach’s coaching methods and participate in the methods proposed. The client understands that the Coach has made no guarantees as to the outcome of the coaching Program. The coach may revise methods or parts of the Program based on the needs of the Client.

3. DISCLAIMER. By participating in the Healing Social Anxiety Program, the Client acknowledges that the Coach is not a psychologist. The Client acknowledges that the Program is not a substitute for advice from their personal doctor, and is not liable for any losses the Client may suffer by relying on Coach’s advice.

By participating in sessions, the Client acknowledges that the information provided during sessions is not intended nor implied to be a substitute for medical advice. The Coach may provide the Client with information relating to products that the Coach believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. The Coach is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information or coaching provided.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY.

(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to the Coach the full purchase amount.

(b) The Coach offers a full refund for up to 14 days. If after purchasing, you are not satisfied with your experience, the Coach will offer you a full refund, if you show proof that you have implemented the Program. Your success in the program fully relies on you actually doing the work. This refund is not for those who aren't willing to do the work. Refunds will not be approved in these situations so please enrol thoughtfully. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs that causes the client to quit the program, the coach may decide to partially refund at their discretion.

Healing Social Anxiety has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, Healing Social Anxiety does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The Website may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a paid services account, such account can only be terminated by Healing Social Anxiety if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from Healing Social Anxiety notice to you thereof; provided that, Healing Social Anxiety can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Healing Social Anxiety shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute you have related to these terms and conditions, or your use of the Program (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Social Anxiety, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
