Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Dr Tasha

A GP with a special interest in Social Anxiety & creator of the Social Energy Framework.

I live with social anxiety myself. It's still part of my story, but it's no longer the author of it. For years, I believed that if I could just stop caring what people thought, think more positively, or push myself harder, everything would fall into place. It didn't.

I knew fear was influencing more of my life than I wanted to admit. I was avoiding opportunities, holding myself back, and settling for less than I truly wanted because anxiety always seemed to have the final say.

My healing journey began in 2021, where I searching for answers. I explored the tools that could help me feel calmer, more confident, and more comfortable being myself. This led me to CBT, nervous system regulation techniques, behavioural therapy, and the work of psychologist Dr David Moscovitch.

And it changed my life.

I'm not a different person today.

I'm still me.

But I'm more present, more confident, and more willing to step outside my comfort zone. I no longer let fear make my decisions for me.

The confidence I was searching for wasn't about becoming someone new. It came from understanding myself, accepting myself, and learning to trust myself.

It is a simple way to understand the kind of social anxiety pattern you tend to have. The Social Energy Framework is grounded in the work of psychologist Dr David Moscovitch, whose research identified four core self‑beliefs that drive social anxiety. These beliefs centre around the fear that certain “unacceptable” aspects of the self will be exposed to others.

From this foundation, the four Social Energies were created — each representing a different way social anxiety expresses itself:
